Refund Policy

We ship nationwide in the US. We have discounted price with third party Priority Overnight shipping charges (more than 60 % off than the regular cost) and we are happy to share this discount with all our customers. After placing your order a separate link will be sent for shipping charges for your order where you can make payments for shipping charges. After making shipping charges:


1. If the goods arrived completely spoiled and not useful, you do not ship back the goods. Take photos of good received and e-mail to us requesting refund. We will work on case by case basis and do our best to fulfill customers need.


2. Every effort will be made to ship the products on time. If the product arrives later than the ceremony/delivery date due to reasons beyond our control, we will not refund the cost. Please do not return the goods.


3. If the product arrives later than the ceremony/delivery date due to our failure to ship on time, request for refund via e-mail giving the order details why you could not use the flowers you received. Your money will be refunded. Do not send the flowers back. If they are in good condition, please donate them to the temple in your town.


4. If the Wedding and/or Reception or any special occasion was cancelled or postponed, the 50% of order cost initial deposit received will not be refunded.


5. Late order cancellation, less than 12 hours will not be refunded. Goods will be shipped according to customers order.
